Vidhealth was born in COVID-19 as a charitable endeavor, but we rapidly evolved to service thousands of providers across thousands of hours of patient care per day. As a company, it is our personal goal to continue to help the underserved and stand up for our beliefs.

The main question we get every day is some iteration of the following: “we appreciate that you are free during COVID-19, but what is this platform going to cost post-COVID-19?” Others, and likely those who have availed themselves of our very hands-on approach to customer support, have asked us, “What can we do to support you? How can we pay you back?”
We don’t want you to pay it back. We want you to pay it forward.
For the next three months, any customers who upgrade to our paid model will have 100% of the proceeds go to a charitable cause that supports both people of color and mental health.
Further, should you do this, you will be granted legacy pricing of $29/mo. for not less than two years (the price will increase in the coming months). The paid upgrade features include multi-party/group (3+ participants) session access, unlimited use (we will be capping use for free accounts in the coming week), the ability to use our new Desktop Native App for both Windows and MacOS, future access to our mobile apps (in development), priority support and any and all future platform enhancements.
If you bring any colleagues to us who believe that Black Lives Matter, and they avail themselves of this offer, we will extend the charitable donation period for your account from 3 months to 6 months.
